Is there a God?   Your answer to this question depends upon what you mean by the word "God."   Before you can offer meaningful answers to any religious questions, or have a reasonably meaningful discussion about them, you need to define what you mean when you say, "God."     

In all of human history, there never has been and probably never will be another distinction as important as:  "Are you inside or outside of God?"  This belief, no matter which perspective one believes, is the underlying context which dominates and controls vast amounts of human behavior.   Here's the question you need to answer:  "From which of these two perspectives do  you view your relationship to Creator/God?"   

Are you aware that the Three Basic, Religious Assumptions are mutually-exclusive?   Only one of them can be correct.  The other two contain major errors.  

If the Christian beliefs are correct, then Atheism and
          Reincarnation must be false.  
If Atheism is correct, then Christian One-life-ism and
           Reincarnation must be wrong.  
If Reincarnation is correct, then, Atheism and Christian
           One-life-ism must both contain major errors.  

This means that billions of people are living as if the false stories and the fairytales they believe about their religion are the absolute truth.   The consequences on our society and on our Earthy environment of people,  acting as if these false beliefs were real,  are catastrophic, devastating, and deadly.
